Many words

Agreed

ftd.com sucks!

so, during the holiday season - there's not much worse than having to deal with death. when it happens, one would expect a company to live up to it's claims on it's website.
  1. ordered flowers for delivery the next day delivery
  2. nothing from them for 2 days
  3. phone call asking for exact delivery address: I provided, as well as a contact for more precise delivery instructions.
  4. sent email to friend : no delivery, and she had NO IDEA what ftd was
  5. forth day and phone # reports "cannot give you an update, use website"
  6. fill out the online request form
  7. another 2 days pass - nothing
  8. go to funeral, service
  9. receive the confirmation while on the way home!
  10. write / comment / request refund
  11. refund granted
  12. get a call from them claiming that it was delivered
  13. informed that they had to do some "research" before re-charging me
  14. RECHARGING!!! I was so upset, I told the representative: I was at all of the services and there was nothing from you! I dare you to try to re-charge me.
This is just a warning!!! I don't know of anybody else who has used them, but my experience was HORRIBLE!

Yahoo searches considered SPAM by trend micro???

Not sure why - will report later

Activating a Sprint USB modem! what a pain

So, everything looks so easy on the website.... swap an esn - save about 150 by buying at an auction. Then you get the card, and the software is included - it just sounds so peachy. Then: it never asks for the codes that they provide after the ESN swap... and then no connection.

After calling their support #s... and going to 3 different reps - I had only one question, my original one "How do I manually force it to re-activate?" After jumping through their hoops of rebooting, etc... I told them - look, the about tab thing doesn't have the right information... FINALLY - the answer...

open the smartview software (which should be called dumbview)... hold down shift and type ##ATV# then let go of shift and enter the # provided at the end of the ESN swap...

Once again, and I hope this saves somebody time... ##ATV#
